President Trump greeted supporters last week in Huntington, West Virginia. At a campaign-style rally, he gave them the cue to reject as laughable allegations of collusion with Russia to interfere in the presidential election. (Associated Press/File)

President Trump and his campaign organization are going to war against the Russia investigations, said an official involved in the effort, launching a multipronged public relations offensive to spread distrust of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe.
Capitol Hill Republicans and Washington legal professionals say Mr. Trump should keep out of the investigation and focus on governing because his protestations keep the story in the media spotlight and make him look defensive.
But the president is determined to confront head on the allegations of Trump campaign collusion with Russia and expose the investigation to be a political hit job. Marshaling opposition from Mr. Trump’s base, the thinking goes, will make it more difficult for Mr. Mueller’s investigation to bring down the Trump presidency.
“This is a war,” said Bruce Levell, a member of the Trump re-election campaign’s advisory board. “Why would we stop talking to the American people? That is the best thing you can do: keep talking to your base. And guess what? The base is growing.”
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Sunday blasted the Russian probe as a “conclusion in search of evidence.”
“They’ve come up with nothing,” she said on ABC’s “This Week.” “We’ve been doing this for almost a year now, and what is there to show for it? What has actually metastasized in a way that we can say, ‘Wow, there’s a smoking gun’?”

She pointed to Mr. Trump’s rally last week with supporters in West Virginia, saying the president is making good on his promises to the voters while the political class obsesses over a “hypothetical.”
“People just can’t get over that election,” she said. “The president is going to continue to talk about America, and I suppose others, sadly, will continue to talk about Russia.”
Fighting Mr. Mueller’s open-ended probe to the court of public opinion is part of a broader effort to get more aggressive pushing Mr. Trump’s message on every front, which includes the president’s consideration of senior adviser Stephen Miller for the job of communications director after his feisty exchange with CNN’s Robert Acosta at a White House briefing.
The Mueller probe into Russian meddling in the election and allegations of Trump campaign collusion appears to be reaching into Mr. Trump’s vast business empire and the financial transactions of his associates, a move the president warned would be crossing a red line.
Mr. Trump also has eroding support among congressional Republicans, who overwhelmingly approved new Russian sanctions that took away the president’s ability to unilaterally lift them. The bill, which the president reluctantly signed into law, sent a powerful message that he cannot count on support from Republican lawmakers.
David K. Rehr, a law professor who teaches strategic Washington leadership at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, said Mr. Trump benefits from keeping his side of the story in the public eye and forcing the news media to cover his comments and his rallies.
“It is one of his limited tools to keep public pressure on what is an open-ended, secretive probe that is likely to go on for years with little accountability of time spent or tax dollars being expended,” he said. “His comments keep the partisanship of the probe in the public eye, with the hopes of undermining its legitimacy.”
Mr. Trump has some distance to go to build the type of popular support President Clinton had when he was impeached by the House but not removed from office in a trial by the Republican-majority Senate. His acquittal in 1999 was all the more spectacular given the bitter opposition to his presidency from the Republican Party.
Mr. Trump remains far from that level of political jeopardy. However, there are lessons to be learned from Mr. Clinton’s survival instincts.
Mr. Clinton benefited from the ability to keep his job approval numbers above 50 percent throughout the scandal over his extramarital affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky and his impeachment over obstruction of justice and perjury charges.
Mr. Trump’s job approval rating stands at 38 percent in the Real Clear Politics average of recent surveys.
Last week, Mr. Trump took his case to the American people, telling a massive campaign-style rally in West Virginia that the Russia investigation was a Democratic hoax to threaten his election victory.
“They are trying to cheat you out of the leadership you want with a fake story that is demeaning to all of us and most importantly demeaning to our country and demeaning to our Constitution,” he told a crowd of more roughly 8,600 people filling an arena in Huntington, West Virginia. “We didn’t win because of Russia. We won because of you.”
He gave them the cue to reject as laughable allegations of collusion with Russia to interfere in the presidential election.
“Have you seen any Russians in West Virginia or Ohio or Pennsylvania? Are there any Russians here tonight? Any Russians?” he said. “They can’t beat us at the voting booths, so they are trying to cheat you out of the future and the future that you want.”
Democratic strategist Jim Manley said Mr. Trump’s rhetoric was “just extraordinarily divisive stuff” and did his cause more harm than good.
“It may play well with his base, but that’s it,” he said. “It’s turning off more and more Americans while at the same time giving Mueller more ammunition to make his case.”
The next day, Mr. Trump’s surrogates from the campaign were back and hammering home the message.
Lynnette “Diamond” Hardaway and Rochelle “Silk” Richardson, the YouTube star sisters from North Carolina who became campaign trail sensations stumping for the Trump campaign last year, delivered the message on “Fox & Friends.”
Mrs. Hardaway said the president was being railroaded.
“We know it was no collusion, and it’s a slap in the American people’s face,” she said. “We got out. We voted for him. We rushed to the polls and voted for him, and now you want to blame Russia. No. These were the American people that voted for the president.”

Available in the market all round the year, oranges are the most common citrus fruits consumed. They are not only popular for their raw pulpy slices, juicy nature, and tangy and sweet flavor but also for their goodness of vitamin C . Also called the golden apple, oranges offer numerous benefits covering health as well as beauty aspects. Here are the top 10 health benefits you can derive by eating oranges.

#1 Boosts immunity

Oranges is an excellent source of vitamin C. A single medium-sized orange can fulfil about 72% of your daily requirement for vitamin C. Since vitamin C plays a crucial role as an antioxidant by protecting your body against the damage caused by free radicals generated in the body. It therefore reduces inflammation in immune related conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Although debatable, researchers suggest that vitamin C also plays an important role in strengthening immune responses of the body, protecting against recurring cold and cough or any other common infections. Here are 11 ways to include oranges in your diet .

#2 Helps prevent ageing of skin

There’s a reason why oranges are popularly used in the beauty industry. Several beauty products including face packs, masks and creams that are available contain orange extract as a key ingredient. That’s because vitamin C present in oranges also helps prevent skin damage, by eliminating free radicals. Vitamin C, being involved in synthesis of collagen, an important component to maintain skin’s overall appearance and texture, prevents premature aging and wrinkling of the skin. Apart from vitamin C, oranges are packed with vitamin A that help keep the skin membranes healthy. Here are 8 fruit packs you can make at home for beautiful skin.

#3 Protects the eyes

Vitamin A in oranges helps keep mucus membranes in the eyes healthy. Available in the form of carotenoid compounds like lutein, beta carotene and zeaxanthin, vitamin A is protective against age-related macular degeneration, a vision-related condition that causes blindness. Besides, it also plays an important role in allowing your eyes to absorb the light. You may also read tomatoes- natural remedy for good vision.

#4 Help prevents heart disease

This is yet another health benefit of oranges which is attributed to its vitamin C level. Free radicals generated during various reactions taking place in the cells can trigger oxidation of cholesterol, causing the oxidised molecules to aggregate and stick to the walls of the arteries. This leads to build up of plaques that eventually block the arteries, causing heart attack, coronary artery disease or even stroke. Vitamin C in oranges takes care of these free radicals and neutralises them, thus playing a role in preventing heart disease. Besides they also contain flavonoids like hesperidin that lowers cholesterol level and prevents the arteries from getting blocked.

#5 Helps brain development

Folate/folic acid or vitamin B9 present in oranges promote brain development and keep the vital organ in mint condition. In fact, these nutrients also make orange a healthy fruit for pregnant woman as it prevents the baby from having neurological disorders later. Oranges also contain phytonutrients called polyphenols that play a role in development of learning and memory functions of the brain.

#6 Helps prevent cancer

Oranges contain a compound called D – limonene that has been shown to play an important role in preventing various types of cancer like lung cancer, breast cancer, skin cancer, etc. Additionally, the antioxidants and Vitamin C help promote the body’s immunity which helps in fighting cancer cells. Oranges are highly fibrous fruits, which contributes to its cancer-protecting effect. A study revealed that about 10 to 15 per cent of colon cancer cases are caused by mutations in the DNA. These mutations can prevented by consuming vitamin C rich sources like oranges. Here are some other health benefits of vitamin C you should know

#7 Prevents constipation

Oranges are a very good source of soluble and insoluble fibre, which helps keep your stomach and intestines healthy by preventing problems like irritable bowel syndrome. The fibre content in them adds bulk to the digested food and reduces transit time of feces, preventing constipation and straining.

#8 Improves sperm quality

Death is inevitable, but our legacy may live on through our offspring. The antioxidants and Vitamin C present in most fruits, including oranges improves the quality and motility of your sperm thus keeping you fertile. Another vitamin called folic acid also is an essential nutrient for maintaining healthy sperms that you can obtain from oranges. It also protects the sperm from genetic damage, which might lead to birth defects.

#9 Great for diabetics

The rich fiber content of oranges has the ability to keep a track of sugar levels in the body, preventing diabetes. It is also a good option for those who are diabetic. Also worth mentioning is that good oranges have a sweet taste, and since diabetics aren’t allowed to eat sweets or other sugary foods, they can eat oranges to tingle their taste buds.

#10 Prevents hair loss

Orange has high Vitamin C content which is required for producing collagen which, in turn, is responsible for keeping the tissues in your hair together. Nobody likes bald patches on their head, and eating oranges can ensure that you do not have to part with your lovely hair as you grow older.

Healthy eating tip: When you cut an orange, make sure you do it in a way that the inner peel doesn’t come off since it is very nutritious and has higher amounts of hesperidin than the flesh itself.

A total of 239,834 Nigerians, who were displaced by the activities of the Boko Haram sect in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states, now live as refugees in neighbouring Cameroon, Chad and Niger.
According to the National Emergency Management Agency, over 100,000 displaced Nigerians reside in Niger, while the second largest refugees are in Cameroon.

Quoting from a recent report by NEMA, the agency’s Head of Media and Public Relations, Mr. Sani Datti, said on Monday that, “There are presently 20,804 displaced Nigerians living in the Republic of Chad; 80,709 in the Republic of Cameroon, and 138,321 in the Republic of Niger.”

He noted that about 29,581 displaced Nigerians, who fled their communities in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states to Niger and Cameroon, voluntarily returned last year.

Datti stated that 13,046 Nigerian returnees returned from Niger in May, 2015, and were received in Geidam, Yobe State.

According to him, between April and December, 2015, NEMA received about 16,595 Nigerians, who voluntarily returned from Cameroon through the Sahuda border area near Mubi in Adamawa State.

Datti noted that the agency adopted a monthly Humanitarian Coordination Meeting, a forum which consists of relevant Federal Government agencies, UN systems and international non-governmental organisations.

The forum, he said, undertook analysis on causes of humanitarian situations, conducted need assessments, identified and provided humanitarian interventions based on its respective mandates.

“The report added that due to the successes recorded by the Nigerian military with the support of Multi-National Joint Military Task Force in the fight against Boko Haram insurgents, the humanitarian dashboard is fast changing,” Datti said.

He noted that focus was gradually shifting towards reconstruction, rehabilitation, resettlement, recovery and dignified return of IDPs to their homes while the process for the return of Nigerian refugees from neighbouring countries was equally ongoing.

The incident took place early on Tuesday at Witton Station in Birmingham.

According to the report, the victim was reportedly with a friend at Witton train station at about 7pm when a man approached her and led her to a secluded area before raping her.

According to authorities in Birmingham, United Kingdom, a major investigation has been launched into the matter.

One detectives from British Transport Police and West Midlands said Police launched a joint investigation to help identify the offenders and witnesses to the incidents.

The police has put out a possible description of the offenders and have called on anyone with useful information to report to station nearby.

He said, ‘’The first offender is described as an Asian man in his early 20s with light skin, brown eyes, a skinny build, and about 6ft. He was wearing a grey track suit top and bottoms and black trainers.’’

‘’The second offender is described as an Asian man in his early 20s, 5ft 6ins to 5fit 7ins, of large build with a tight beard. He was wearing a blue jumper and black jeans.’’

DCI Fitzpatrick added: “Whilst this incident happened during the early morning and there may not have been many people around, I would be keen to speak with anyone who may have been in the area at the time.

It also provides counselling and psychological and psycho-social support as well as encourage and create unprecedented level of collaboration among professionals working to end sexual and gender-based violence.

“The suspect, who said he had a shop at Ladipo in Mushin, blamed it on the devil.”

“The residents asked him to call his relatives which he did and his wife and children arrived at the scene.

A 31-year-old commercial bus driver and Muslim faithful identified as Alaba Shodamola, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly raping a 20- year-old girl under the pretence of being her God-sent Angel.

The suspect convinced his victim that he was an angel sent by God to save her from being killed in the night by enemies.

Shodamola lives at 24, Mosan Road, Ipaja, Lagos, and was arrested after an illicit sexual affair with the unsuspecting girl.

According to Vanguard, the victim was later arrested by the police that night on her way home after the incident and upon interrogation, she alleged that she had been raped by the suspect following which the operatives moved swiftly, arrested the suspect and took him to Ipaja Police Station.

The suspected rapist was later handed over to the Family Support Unit (FSU), of the Isokoko Police Division, Agege, Lagos State.

However, the Ogun State-born rape suspect told Vanguard how he was able to convince his victim: “I’m a commercial bus driver and a Muslim. I’m fasting but the truth is that, nobody is above mistake.

“I know I’m a sinner apart from inheriting sins from my forefathers.

“I’m fasting but had to get myself involved in this sin. God knows anything that will happen to a man before it happens.

“I talked to God and pleaded for mercy; let Him have mercy on me. I believe in the Bible and the Koran.

“I got it wrong when I made a covenant with God that if he blessed me, I would serve him but immediately God blessed me, I reneged on that promise.

“I made money and spent it anyhow without going back to God. I believe that’s why he is punishing me.

“Before this happened about a month ago, I had a dream where I saw somebody arresting me but I did not understand it until this thing now happened.

“I have been seeing this girl on the street and I love her. I have been looking for ways to talk to her. So, that day around 9.00 pm when I saw her, I said to myself, I will sleep with this girl today.

“Then, I started thinking about how to convince her. I then walked to her. By that time, I had already closed from work.

“I asked her where she was going and she said her father sent her on an errand. I asked about her mother and she told me that her mother has died.
I’m not an angel; I just used that trick to lure her to bed.

“From there, I started my brain-game on her. I told her not to sleep in her father’s house that night, that I’m the angel God sent to save her life from death. I asked her to buy three sachets of salt and give to beggars.

“But she would have to come to my house for me to do the work that remains. I told her to follow me to my house which she did.

“She did not shout. I’m not married and I’m the only person living in my room. I’m not an angel; I just used that trick to lure her to my bed because I did not know what else to convince her with. I told her not to buy the salt again after having sex with her.
Domestic violence.

“When we got inside the house, I told her that we have to sleep together which she obliged and opened it herself. We did not force ourselves and I did not stay up to one hour. I did it once using condom, I did not even enjoy it.

“After that, she asked me to give her transport that she wanted to go home. It was around 1.00am in the night. She was on her way home when the police arrested her. She reported to them that I had raped her and led them to arrest me. Already, her father had reported to the station that her daughter was missing.”

Confirming the the arrest and detention of Shodamola, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Olarinde Famous-Cole said “we’re still investigating the matter,” adding that “the suspect will be charged to court in due time.”

He also warned young women to be careful with the way they relate with people they do not know.

Water (H20)  is the second most popular beverage in the U.S. after soft drinks. This is a scary stat, since sugary soda is a huge health hazard, increasing the risk of obesity, stroke, and other heart problems.

However, these dangers can be avoided if you choose to drink more water, which doesn’t have negative side effects. So help put the sugary stuff to the side and make water the number one drink of choice. The benefits really are endless. (Just take a look!)

  • Fluid balance

Roughly 60 percent of the body is made of water. Drinking enough H2O maintains the body’s fluid balance, which helps transport nutrients in the body, regulate body temperature, digest food, and more.

  • Calorie control

Forget other diet tricks—drinking water could also help with weight loss . Numerous studies have found a connection between water consumption and losing a few pounds . The secret reason? Water simply helps people feel full, and as a result consume fewer calories.

  • Muscle fuel

Sweating at the gym causes muscles to lose water. And when the muscles don’t have enough water, they get tired . So for extra energy, try drinking water to push through that final set of squats .

  • Clearer skin

Certain toxins in the body can cause the skin to inflame, which results in clogged pores and acne . While science saying water makes the skin wrinkle free is contradictory, water does flush out these toxins and can reduce the risk of pimples.

  • Kidney function

Our kidneys process 200 quarts of blood daily, sifting out waste and transporting urine to the bladder. Yet, kidneys need enough fluids to clear away what we don’t need in the body. Let's drink to that!

  • Productivity boost

In order to really focus , a glass of water could help people concentrate and stay refreshed and alert .

  • Fatigue buster

Move over coffee—water can help fight those tired eyes too . One of the most common symptoms of dehydration is tiredness . Just another reason to go for the big gulp! (Not the 7-11 kind.)

Hangover help

If booze has got the best of you, help a hangover with a glass of water to hydrate the body and stop that pounding headache.

  • Pain prevention

A little water can really go a long way. Aching joints and muscle cramps and strains can all occur if the body is dehydrated .

  • Keep things flowing

Nobody wants to deal with digestion issues . Luckily, drinking enough water adds fluids to the colon which helps make things, ahem, move smoothly.

  • Sickness fighter

Water may help with decongestion and dehydration, helping the body bounce back when feeling under the weather. Just beware—drinking fluids hasn’t been scientifically proven to beat colds in one swoop, so don’t swap this for a trip to the doctor or other cold remedies.

  • Brain boost

A study in London found a link between students bringing water into an exam room and better grades, suggesting H2O promotes clearer thinking. While it’s unclear if drinking the water had anything to do with a better score, it doesn’t hurt to try it out!

Action Plan

The amount of water people need per day is up for debate, but studies suggest adults need nine to 16 cups of water.  However this number varies depending on activity level, age, and how much water people are consuming in coffee, tea, or water-rich veggies and fruit. Here’s how to keep yourself hydrated: Begin by drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up, and 30 minutes before eating any big meal. (This will help control appetite, too.) Get in the habit of keeping a water bottle on hand at all times. And if the taste beings to bore, spice up the taste buds with a squeeze of citrus to the glass! Before you know it, all the benefits of water will be right at your fingertips… and in your body.

Fruit has been recognized as a good source of vitamins and minerals, and for their role in preventing vitamin C and vitamin A deficiencies. People who eat fruit as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of chronic diseases.

Fruit are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, fiber, vitamin C and folate (folic acid). Taking blueberries , citrus fruit , cranberries or strawberries which contain phytochemicals that are being studied for added health benefits.

Health Benefits Provided by Fruits

The nutrients in fruit are vital for health and maintenance of your body. The potassium in fruit can reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. Potassium may also reduce the risk of developing kidney stones and help to decrease bone loss as you age.
Folate (folic acid) helps the body form red blood cells. Women of childbearing age who may become pregnant and those in the first trimester of pregnancy need adequate folate. Folate helps prevent neural tube birth defects, such as spina bifida.

More Health Benefits of Fruit:

  • Eating a diet rich in fruit may reduce risk for stroke, other cardiovascular diseases and type-2 diabetes.
  •  A fruit containing eating pattern is part of an overall healthy diet and may protect against certain cancers.
  • Eating fruits detoxifies the body and balance the body's chemical level.
  •  Fruit helps maintain optimum health due to the health promoting phytochemicals it contains – many of which are still being identified.

NOTE: One to 2-1/2 cups of fruit are recommended each day, depending on how many calories you need.

4. Skin Changes

A change in the size, shape, or color of a mole or other spot is a common sign of skin cancer . See your doctor for a thorough exam and perhaps a biopsy. This is one time you don't want to wait, Meyers says.

5. Blood in Your Pee or Stool

Talk to your doctor if you're bleeding from a part of your body that normally doesn't, especially if the bleeding lasts more than a day or two, Meyers says.
Bloody stool is often from hemorrhoids, but it can also be a symptom of colon cancer . Bloody urine is usually the first sign of cancer of the bladder or
kidneys , says Herbert Lepor, MD, a urologist at NYU's Langone.

6. Changes in Lymph Nodes

Lymph nodes are small, bean-shaped glands around the body. Most changes in them come from common infections. But some cancers, including leukemia and lymphoma , can also cause lymph nodes to swell.
It's a good idea to see your doctor if you have a lump or swelling anywhere in your body that lasts a month or more, Meyers says.

7. Trouble Swallowing

Occasional trouble swallowing is nothing to worry about. But when it happens often, especially with
vomiting or weight loss, your doctor may want to check you for throat or stomach cancer .
He'll look into your symptoms with a throat exam and a barium X-ray. During a barium test, you drink a special liquid that makes your throat stand out on the X-ray.

8 . Weight Loss Without Trying

Most women wish extra pounds would magically melt away. But losing 10 pounds or more without a change in your diet or exercise habits could signal a problem.
Most unintended weight loss is not cancer, Meyers says. "It's often caused by stress or your
thyroid, but it can be a sign of pancreatic cancer ," she says. Stomach and lung cancers are also possible.
Your doctor may ask for a lot of tests to look for a problem, including blood tests and imaging tests, like a CT scan .

9. Heartburn

Too much food, alcohol, or stress (or all three) can cause serious heartburn. Meyers suggests that you change your diet for a week or two to see if your symptoms get better. Then if it doesn't, you need to see your doctor.

Women's bodies are always changing. Sometimes changes that seem normal can be signs ofcancer , though. The key is to pay attention to your body so you can notice when something's different, says Robyn Andersen, PhD, of the Fred HutchinsonCancer Research Center in Seattle. "New symptoms indicate something has changed in your body, and you want to know what that means."So, what should you watch for?

1. Breast changes

Most breast lumps aren't cancer , but your doctor should always check them. Let her know about these changes, too:
Skin dimpling or puckering
Nipples that turn inward
Nipple discharge
Redness or scaling of your nipple or breast skin
To look for the cause of your symptoms, your doctor will do a physical exam and ask you questions about your medical history. You may also have tests like a mammogram or a biopsy, when doctors remove a tiny piece of tissue for testing.

2. Bloating

"Women are natural bloaters," says Marleen Meyers, MD, an oncologist at NYU Langone Medical Center. "It's OK to wait a week or two to see if it goes away."
If your symptoms don't get better with time, or if they happen with weight loss or bleeding, see a doctor. Constant bloating can sometimes mean
ovarian cancer . You'll have a pelvic exam as well as blood tests, and sometimes an ultrasound , to look for the cause of the problem, Andersen says.

3. Between-Period Bleeding

If you’re still getting periods, tell your doctor if you’re spotting between them. Bleeding that’s not a part of your usual monthly cycle can have many causes, but your doctor will want to rule out endometrial cancer ( cancer of the lining of your uterus).
Bleeding after menopause is never normal and should be checked right away.

A 53-year-old driver, Suleman Tajudeen, has been admitted to the Benin Specialist Hospital, Edo State, after he was shot in the head by suspected armed robbers.

It was gathered that the armed men, numbering about 10, had stormed the Ore-Benin highway at about 4.30am on Monday.

The suspected robbers were said to have barricaded a portion of the road in order to slow down vehicular movement and rob unsuspecting motorists and passengers.

It was learnt that Tajudeen, said to be a contract driver with Complete Communications Limited, publisher of Complete Sports Newspaper, had attempted to flee from the robbers when he was shot in the head.

The father of two and native of Abeokuta in Ogun State, who is currently receiving treatment at the male ward in the hospital, told PUNCH Metro that the armed men dispossessed him of N48,000 and a mobile phone.

He said the robbers thought that he had died from gunshot injury when they saw him in a pool of blood.

The injured driver, however, said he was later rushed to the hospital when his vehicle arrived at Benin.

Tajudeen stated, “I was driving towards Benin, between Ore and Ofusu, when I saw their (robbers) barricade. A driver with The Guardian Newspaper, Mr. Kayode, was behind me.

“When I saw the barricade, I stopped. As I tried to reverse, the (robbers) shot and the vehicle stopped. One of the robbers said that I was dead.

“They dragged me out of the vehicle, searched me and stole about N48,000 and my mobile phone before they left. After they left, I managed to drive to Benin while blood was still flowing.”

Calls put across to the mobile line of the Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Moses Nkombe, for comments went unanswered.

He had yet to respond to a text message sent to him as of the time of filing this report.

But the Benin sales representative of the company, Pastor Ayo Oiseomaoje, who confirmed the incident, decried the activities of armed robbers on the highway.

According to Oiseomaoje, robberies on the road, which is a major route to the South-South, had become a regular occurrence.

“The hospital initially advised us to go to the police to get a report, but we were told in Benin that the incident occurred in the jurisdiction of the police in Ore. However, at the end of the day, he was given medical treatment. He is still in the hospital,”  Oiseomaoje said.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has revealed that he expects new signing, Alvaro Morata to ‘ improve his fitness quickly’ or be benched against Arsenal in their FA Community Shield next Sunday.
The Spaniard made a exciting move to Stamford Bridge after weeks of speculation linking him to Manchester United but has not been able to prove his worth in his early days with the Blues.
Conte appears to be unconvinced with Morata’s mixed start to life with Chelsea and has urged him to improve on his ‘fitness’ ahead of their Sunday clash against the Gunners.
He told The Sun: “Morata is just starting to train with us. He has to improve his condition a lot to adapt quickly into our team.
“He is working well but it has been only five days. Today, he tried to do his best but for sure he has to improve.”
Second-choice Michy Batshuayo has done to prove himself in pre-season matches and even scored against Arsenal during a friendly game in Asia
Antonio Conte raised mixed reactions when he came out to hint that he could have preferred to the sign Tottenham Hotspur forward, Harry Kane ahead of Morata this summer if given the opportunity.

Are you among the few men who are still wondering whether pen!s size is relevant to women’ sexual satisfaction?

There is no point lengthening this issue, just be at peace with this – LADIES CRAVE BIGGER PENISES! Every chick adores a dude that is well endowed in pen!s size and has adequate sexual skills to be able to give her an amazing time during cex. A lot of babes would not openly say this reality about their craving for bigger penises, this is only common. No lady wants to be referred to as a slut! The second it comes to pen!s size, forget what chicks say in the open when questioned – girls like big penises! Accept this reality! When it comes to pen!s size, forget what females say all the time – ladies enjoy it massive. Every lady wants a chap that is awash with high sexual confidence and whose sexual stamina and prowess is enough to make them forget things like vibrators, rings, and all those cex devices that ladies use to compensate for their cex partner’s sexual inadequacy.

Here Is The Reason Why Ladies Love Men With Bigger, Thicker & Larger pen!s Size The main reason why Nigerian women love large penises (especially those who have had lovers that are well endowed) has to do with the structure of the v@gina. There are pleasure centers that are located deep into the v@gina and around the walls of the v@gina. A small or average pen!s is not capable of stimulating all these pleasure centers and these usually results in a woman not being fully satisfied. But a big pen!s is able to explore deep into a woman’s v@gina give her that lovely feeling of both deep penetration and being completely “full”. A large number of women need to have their clitoris stimulated during sexual intercourse in order for them to achieve orgasms. A large pen!s is more capable of stimulating the clitoris during penetration because of the thick base, which would stretch the vaginal lips and provide friction between the pen!s shaft and the clitoris.

The One Fruit You Need to Eat to Get Bigger pen!s

Sexual health therapist Dr Kazeem, who works at a Cex Clinic in Lagos said men who had performance problems should incorporate dates in their diet. He said: “A ‘date’ fruit is a one-seeded fruit of the date palm tree, which is botanically known as Phoenix dactylifera and belongs to the family of Palmae (Arecaceae) plant. The common English names are dried dates, dates, date palm, etc; usually oblong, with varying sizes, shapes, colours, consistencies and quality. Eating dates will promote sperm quality and quantity as it is one of the best natural fruits used for male fertility. It also increases the size of testes in men and the size of bre@st in women.”

Dr. Ochuko Erikainure, a Senior Research Officer at the Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi, Lagos State, has warned that Okra also called Okro, though very nutritious, can lead to infertility in men of reproductive age.

Erukainure, also a nutritionist and biochemist, added that the vegetable also has some form of effect on sex.
He said: “Okra is a hardy plant that can grow even with less water and in hot conditions. It has a unique substance called Gossypol.
“Gossypol inhibits sperm production and motility by blocking several enzymes that are highly important in energy metabolism in sperm and sperm producing cells.
“Okra seeds are very rich in toxic pigment called Gossypol, which promote infertility in men by arresting sperm production (spermatogenesis) even at lower dose.
“Gossypols are oil soluble and natural polyphenol secreted by plants as a defence against predators.”
The senior researcher, who said in some countries, okra seeds were used as natural contraceptive for men, also listed its health benefits.
He said: “Due to proapoptotic (killing of cells) activities in okra seeds, gossypol is still under investigation as a possible anticancer agent.”
“Okra is very high in dietary fibres, reduces calories intakes into the body, ability to limit nitric oxide build up in the blood and lipid (fat) and reduces the risks of cancers.
“Okra is an African vegetable that has been a staple of African and Indian cuisine for many years and also used for medicinal purposes.
“One hundred grammes of okra have been reported to meet over 20 per cent of the daily values, which the body needs.
“It contains a rare combination of carbohydrates, vegetables, minerals, vitamins and also a potent anti-diabetic source, which can be attributed to its chemical constituents.
“Not less than 10 different vitamins and minerals can be found in okra such as vitamin A, which is great for the skin, vitamin C and E which prevent cell damage in the body
